Privacy policy

Braive Revenue Leak Calculator, a ChatGPT plugin and website (calc.braive.co) from Braive Marketing, LLC. Effective October 3, 2026.

The calculators

When you ask for a calculation, ChatGPT sends the plugin the numbers it needs: missed call counts, average job value, booking rate, callback rate, number of old leads, and the percent of those leads you can still reach. We use those numbers only to calculate and return your answer. We don't store them, sell them, or use them for marketing, advertising, profiling, or AI training. The calculators never ask for your name or contact details.

If you ask us to email your breakdown

You can ask the plugin to email you the breakdown. Only then do we collect your email address, and your first name if you give it. We use them to:

• send you the breakdown you asked for, which includes the numbers from your calculation;
• keep a record that we sent it, and limit sends to one per address per day to prevent misuse;
• follow up with you about your results, only if you said yes when ChatGPT asked. If you said no, we won't email you again unless you contact us.

We never add you to a newsletter or send you text messages based on a plugin request.

If you use the review form

The form at calc.braive.co/review asks for your first name, email, business name, what you want us to look at, and an optional note. We use them to reply to your request, and only after you check the consent box.

Where it's kept and who processes it

Email addresses, names, form details, and the emails we send are stored in Braive's customer relationship system, HighLevel (LeadConnector), which also delivers the emails. The plugin and website run on Vercel. Vercel keeps short-lived request logs (including IP address and time of request) to operate and secure the service. Braive also records which tool was used and when, without the numbers or addresses you entered, to count usage. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.

Retention and your choices

We keep contact details until you ask us to delete them, or until they have been inactive for two years. To see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop all email from Braive, email josh@braive.co or reply “stop” to any email from us. You can remove the plugin from ChatGPT at any time.
